FREE SHIPPING * OFFER – MOST ORDERS TO MOST DESTINATIONS SHIP FREE!

SoftMoc is pleased to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all eligible online orders. Most items will ship to most destinations for FREE! This Offer does not include clearance items, accessories or styles found in our Clearance section. Some Sale items may not be eligible for free shipping. Free Shipping may not apply to orders being shipped to Nunavut, Yukon or Northwest Territories. Our Free Shipping Offer is also subject to the shipping destination and some shipping destinations do not have free shipping. International destinations may not qualify for free shipping.

Standard Delivery – Continental US
Most orders are processed for shipment within 24 to 48 business hours from the time of placing your order. Once the processing period has ended and you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can expect to receive your order within approx 3 to 5 business days.

Express Delivery - Continental US
Most orders are processed for shipment within 24 business hours from the time of placing your order. Once the processing period has ended and you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can expect to receive your order within 1 to 2 business days.

Our team will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, however SoftMoc.com cannot be held responsible for unforeseen conditions beyond our control such as severe weather conditions, service interruptions and so on.
Please Note - We require a physical address for shipping purposes as UPS CANNOT deliver to P.O. Boxes or Rural Route addresses.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or statutory holidays.
**Orders Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Territories (option located under “Country”) are shipped through Canada Post. Standard service can take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery, and Express Service can take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery*

Follow these instructions to track your  UPS shipped order :

1. Click on the "My Online Purchases" button on the right side of the webpage.
2. Key in your ticket number & last name, Click on "go!".
3. The order information is displayed at the bottom of the page along with the status of your order.

4. If you see a tracking number click on it to "track it".

When you checkout our virtual cashier calculates shipping charges (if applicable) for you automatically (based on weight and destination) and will display your options in a drop down box.
