refund your purchase price. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns must be shipped by prepaid to
SoftMoc.com. Detailed intructions are included with your order. You can also return the mechandise at any one of canadian based retail locations.

All orders within United States and
Canada are shipped by UPS. When you checkout our virtual cashier calculates shipping
charges for you automatically based on weight and destination. Please note that that we currently offer free UPS Standard shipping on selected items.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.
For shipments to the USA orders that
are less than $200.00 US$ in value are "duty" free. If you order more than
one pair of shoes, SoftMoc.com always ships your order's separately to take advantage of
this exemption.
We are based in Canada and as a
result we bill in Canadian dollars. Due to the exchange rate of world currencies changing
daily and different credit card companies having different exchange rates, the amount that
is shown on your credit card statement maybe slightly different from the U.S prices listed
on our site.
